These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for using our website and engaging our services.
By using our website, you agree to comply with these terms. You must not use this site for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
Once a project is confirmed:
An initial brief and quotation will be shared
A deposit or full advance (based on scope) is required to start
Timelines and deliverables will be outlined clearly
Payments must be made as per the agreed milestones
Any delay in payment may result in paused work
QubiQode reserves the right to retain final deliverables until full payment is received
Refunds are only possible if the service hasn’t been started and under rare, approved circumstances
All designs, graphics, code, and digital assets remain the property of QubiQode until final payment
Upon full payment, rights to use deliverables are transferred to the client
We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed
We offer a fixed number of revisions based on the chosen plan
Additional changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges
Major changes requested after design approval may be treated as new work
Either party can terminate the agreement with written notice
If the client cancels mid-project, a partial fee (based on work completed) will be retained
We strive to deliver high-quality work but are not liable for:
Loss of profits due to website downtime or errors after handover
Issues caused by third-party platforms, plugins, or hosting
Clients are responsible for maintaining credentials and backups unless otherwise stated
We may use third-party services (e.g., hosting, Google Analytics, payment gateways) to enhance your project. Their terms may also apply.
These terms are governed by Indian laws, and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts located in Kerala.
